This six week education course prepares future parents for all aspects of the birth process. We go over everything from birth physiology and anatomy, to nutrition and exercise, of course natural coping skills, and a good chunk of time is spent on postpartum prep as well.

Three postpartum doula sessions to provide a Village for the newly navigating mother or family.

The same amount of detail as our in-person class from the comfort of home. Course hours take place via zoom; class materials will be presented with Canva or delivered by Drive. Class discussions will take place at the end of each class, as well as relaxation practice.

Truly capture the moment of your baby's birth with a beautiful birth photography session.

Doula support for birth. I provide monthly prenatal support visits from 6 months gestation onward, birth support, and two postpartum visits. I will be an advocate and an extra pair of hands during the birth of your baby.

Weekend Birth Preparation Workshop Six week class condensed into a weekend of learning. Students will learn all of the information included in my 6 week program in 2-3 days.
